Caregiver Pathway:
The stream for caregivers was created in response to Canada’s urgent need for assistance with elderly care. This pathway offers a unique opportunity for foreign professionals to start working in Canada, with the prospect of legalization and obtaining permanent residency. Our team will provide full support for your relocation through the new stream – the New Pilot Program announced by the Government of Canada.

New Pilot Program for Caregivers
The new pilot program offers home care workers permanent residence (PR) upon arrival in Canada. They can also work for organizations providing temporary or part-time care for semi-independent individuals or those recovering from illness or injury.
To be eligible, applicants must:
– Achieve a minimum level 4 in the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB)
– Have a high school diploma or equivalent
– Possess recent, relevant work experience
– Have a full-time home care job offer
- Caregivers permanent residencyAs part of Canada’s 2024–2026 Immigration Levels Plan, over 15,000 caregivers will be granted permanent residency.
Caregivers’ immediate family members are eligible to apply for Open Work Permits or Study Permits.
